Thanks to all attendees, panelists, and the HKMSA for helping make this Road to LMCHK Success event a success. We enjoyed sharing and interacting with you about earning the LMCHK qualification and coming to work as a doctor in Hong Kong.
Dr Marcus Marcet, Licentiate Society President, served as a panellist along with Dr Raymond Cheung, Medical Officer in the Department of Surgery at PYNEH and Dr Grace Kwok, Medical Officer in the Department of Medicine at PWH. The group of three LMCHK doctors brought a range of geographic and professional diversity to the webinar. Collectively the speakers graduated from medical schools in 3 different countries: Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The speakers shared about their individual journeys to Hong Kong and about the Hong Kong medical licensing process in general. The Licentiate Society invited HKMSA External Vice President, Ms. Clarise Lam, as a special guest to moderate the Road to LMCHK Success event.
