The Licentiate Society members meet regularly for medical events, CME education, and social functions in Hong Kong. The group also organizes exam review sessions for its members that are preparing for the Hong Kong Medical Licensing Examination (HKMLE).
The HKMLE is a key part of the journey to achieve the LMCHK qualification. We organize reviews and support for all 3 Parts of the Licensing Exam. See our dedicated page to learn more about our comprehensive HKMLE candidate support.

Live webinar event: Designed for all doctors seeking an update on medicolegal education for their practice. CME credits: available.
Webinar event broadcast live on 23 June 2020, which addressed the impact of online consultations on the practice of medicine and explored the clinical and medicolegal issues facing doctors in this rapidly changing field of telemedicine in the post Covid-19 healthcare setting. The session included real-time audience polling and Q&A with the panellists.

Experience sharing from overseas trained doctors based in Hong Kong about the pathway to become a non-locally trained physician working in Hong Kong. In this interactive Zoom webinar, we took attendees through the process of how we made it to Hong Kong and how you can too.
The Society, in partnership with the 3 HK-registered healthcare charities, launched the Medical Ambassadors Program (MAP). The program provides an examinee friendly way for our HKMLE candidates to volunteer to serve the community.

LMCHK Dr Christian Chui Yin-Chen, Specialist in Psychiatry, led a stress management workshop which included a mindfulness session on 9 July 2020.
A Licentiate Society event: A forum for members that are currently Hospital Authority interns to share survival tips and experience for Society members starting their HK internship on 1st July 2020.
The Licentiate Society collaborated with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce Health for a webinar on 25 March 2020, titled: Pandemic Strategy: Staying Healthy during Covid-19. Doctors from different areas of practice discussed pandemic strategy from a health standpoint, including key points about COVID-19, tips on staying healthy, interactive polls, and attendee Q&A.
